Avengers: Endgame is clearly aiming to be one of the highest grossing movies of all time at the box office. It’s been a very long time since the cinema has witnessed such a highly anticipated event.
The movie’s runtime is over 180 minutes, which means that you get 3 hours straight of pure enjoyment. But also, be aware that since the movie’s premiere, the lucky ones who attended it have been describing the film as the most emotional part in the MC Universe (As if Infinity War wasn’t emotional enough). You better cancel all your plans and dedicate a full day for the movie.

The main villain is revealed to be Thanos who used to live on planet Titan, but his people couldn’t survive because of insufficient resources on the planet. Therefore, a new idea came to him, he can destroy half of the universe so that there are enough resources for all sources of life. It’s a pretty cruel idea if you ask me, and in order for him to do it, he needs to collect all infinity stones and defeat the Avengers, is it really worth it?
According to Thanos’s opinion, it is. And he eventually succeeds with his plan and kills half of the living beings in the entire universe; and with this event, the Avengers lost some of their toughest members, the end.
Why all the hype?
As you witnessed in Infinity War, it was the first time that the team has actually lost their battle, we’ve always been familiar with happy endings in the MC universe, fans were expecting that the Avengers will save the day as in every other Marvel film, but that’s not what happened, not only did they lose, but some of them just disappeared from existence.
People were left shocked after this ending, they had no clue about what happens next, Did Thanos really win? Are the ones who died coming back? How are things going to work with only half the squad? With so many questions in mind, the hype only kept getting bigger until it arrived at its peak this week.
