Working from home: The coolest job you can find?
The Majority of people hate offices and prefer working from home. Research done by San Francisco based Tech company, shows that 84 percent of Americans prefer working from home.
The main reasons are, there is no need to travel to work and waste time getting to the office. Respondents believe they are more productive when working from home and more thoughtful. The employees said they find it difficult to concentrate on work, while at the office, due to personal distractions from colleagues.
My Experience from office job to working from home
I started working from home in 2013, it's been almost 6 years. Before that, I used to work at an Online Website and do a PR and Editing job. Actually, I was enjoying working with my colleagues, but I had a lot of conflicts with my boss, which led me to resign from the job. The relationship with the bosses is very important in most jobs, this is one of the main reasons why people resign. So, I decided that I needed a job where I’d be my boss. It was May of 2013 and I resigned from the job and that time I didn't have any money. And I needed to pay for rent and bills, also my tuition fee.
I created a Facebook page and started to publish interesting content and attract readers. After a few months, I already had 50000 likes. Then I learned how to make a website, by watching video courses on the internet. By building a website I was able to do the same job I was doing in my previous company. But, luckily, I didn't have a boss anymore and this made me become even more productive. In my previous job, I used to have a monthly salary, which was not dependent on the quality of my job. But in my own business, hard work was paying me more, so I was working every day and up to 12 hours. This did have a bad impact on my personal life because I didn't have a lot of free time for socializing time. In every good thing, there are some bad things and the opposite.
So for me, working from home allowed me to increase my earnings several times and not have conflicts with any bosses.

Here is why managers control employees, and why it's bad for creativity
To understand why there are strict working regulations in offices, we need to look at this from another angle, from the point of view of the best business interests. The main goal for every business is productivity. Starting from Industrialization for higher productivity there was a need to have strong control of management over employees. This was making employees to do their job properly and on time.
Nowadays, the reality is different, automatization has changed the workforce environment. There is no need for a worker, who will do just mechanical work, for that there are robots, which can do the job better and faster. In the age of the Internet, there is no need for higher control over employees anymore. Now creative and innovative employees are needed. And Management needs to give them freedom and remember that less control over the employees can make them more productive and creative. Working from home is one possibility that can make employee to have a better job and life balance, and this will increase productivity.
Start a Video Blog and become an Iconic Man
My friend Arpi is a travel blogger, who agreed to tell us about her experience:
“I was working at a TV company 2 years ago, where my job was to create creative video content every day. And my manager was controlling me all the time, always criticizing me and blaming me. This kind of environment was killing my creativity. - says Arpi Bekaryan, a 23 years old, ex-journalist & travel vlogger. -“You cannot think of something very new and make a video just in 5 hours, and do this every day. So, I decided to leave my job and work from home. Now I’m traveling all over the world, I’ve been in more than 20 countries and I’ve my own traveling blog”.
Arpi’s example is very motivational, I’m also interested in video making, I plan to create video content, as a freelancer and as a vlogger.
For an Iconic Man, who wants to have an extraordinary life, starting a video blog can be a good option. Here I have collected some facts you need know in general about vlogging.

Be Creative & Innovative
The most important thing is to be creative and to do something that nobody else is doing. Think about finding your specific audience. Ask the question to yourself: “In which field am I the best in?”. Maybe you are good at giving relationship advice, or you are good with style. Find something that only you have and can be interesting to others. Simple things may become viral on the internet. So, be creative and that can make you an Iconic Man on Youtube and other social media.
On average vloggers make decent money, up to 5000 dollars monthly. Vlogging can be hard work but can make you an Iconic Man and give a chance to communicate with great people and get good contracts. So consider this option and give a try.
Every man needs to find the best job that fits with his personality. Never do a job just for money, do it for being an Iconic Man and empowering yourself and others.
